Best friends, right?

It's been a while.
1 year, 5 months and 9 days to be exact.

Not that I didn't missed sharing, I just had nothing to share.
I do now, for example my online dating experiences!
Yes I'm online dating. I need to learn to talk to guys and I thought well that's a good way to learn.
Till the post about the online dating, here's what I did in those 17 months and 9 days!

I didn't go to the museumnight after all, I stayed home instead with popcorn, chocolate milk and Brideshead Revisited on the BBC.
I learned that march fifth is also world book night, who would have though books had a night dedicated to them. They deserve a whole day, week or even a month if you ask me.

Late nights out and about seem to become less my thing, you might understand how thrilled my bank account is.

Funny how another Lykke Li song seems to find it's way in a new post but i find her new album 'Wounded Rhymes' marvellous.
Not that i though a follow up Lykke Li album could have been anything else than that.

I'm blaming it on something

GLEE (New Directions) - Blame It (On The Alcohol)


Ever since yesterdays post i feel as if i have been drinking but i haven't had a drink for a while now. It's all because of the massive lack of sleep i've had that is giving me this feeling.
Watched another fun episode of Glee yesterday morning with the above amazingly good cover of the Jamie Foxx featuring T-Pain song 'Blame It'.
I love how Kevin, Mark, Naya and Amber voices blend perfectly in this song.
Going to bed in a while because i need to be fresh and sunny around noon again!

Today it's voting day and i'm still not sure which party i'm going to vote for.
I'm sure the decision will come to me when i'm in the booth with that red pencil in my hand so no worries there.
Worries i will have after i voted because for the second time i choose to work being one of the people in the voting bureau this means i'm going to be one of the people counting the votes.

Last year i was a little disappointed how people voted but you can't smoulder peoples choices ans opinions.
I hope the voting results and all that will come after the voting will be a positive progress point in the Netherlands.

A Top Notch Extravaganza SuperRauw Night

Last night was fun but tiresome but most good things are... well except hearing ladies exchanging labour pain stories.
That probably isn't a good thing that would be labelled as 'fun' but you get the jist right.













It was a nice way of saying goodbye to 2010 especially because it was in my old town Amsterdam and it was my first night ever out with my little brother by my side.
Here's to more fun filled nights and mornings in the '11.

This town is looking like a ghost town

I work at one of the biggest stores in the world and if you look at the hierarchy of the store i'm not that high, but if the people in blue weren't around you (yep you, i'm sure you've ever been to one of the many store in your area) wouldn't be able to sit on that couch or buy that pan and the matching pots.

But anyway i had to begin at 5AM and i was in a lazy mood so decided to stay at my place , which is a 30-40 minute bike ride, instead of going to my parents who live a 10 minute bike ride from work.
I only was afraid of scary people on the street but when i peeked outside, my goodness!
Fog everywhere and it was thick! As if the Flying Dutchmen sailed in to town or something.
It was also cold but fear kept me warm, so you can imagine how happy i was when i reached work save.
I'm never doing that again!..well i hope i'll never do that, i'm an impulsive girl
