The Rush!
My biggest problem is spending too much money.
Well not really, spending it on the right things is what I can't do.
But each person has their kicks right.
The adventure and fun, sharing the glory of hearing music with other people in a venue, waiting for the artist/band to come out and play, the rush when they play THAT song I liked or know, the annoying sweaty people rubbing against me, the girls with long hair who can't keep their heads still so I keep getting hair in my face or worse on the bubblegum bubble I just blew, jumping like a idiot but avoiding the pit because I don't want to get bruised or lose my glasses, bending over when someone crowd surfs because they can't keep they feet still and thus kick me in my face + me not being tall enough to hold em up, checking out the merchandise but not buying anything above 6 euro because i spent it on drinks, going home with a smile on my face having a new experience to remember, trying to be the first to rip the set list of the stage or catch anything...ahum..well sumtin good the person on stage throws in the crowd.
The moment when the crowd is one massive group of friends jumping/dancing/enjoying themselves and help the fella up when he falls, the 'refreshing' drops of beer landing on you, wiping of your sweat on the person next to you because he's dry and you’re not, enjoying seeing a band or artist play the songs they had in their head and worked out to share with me and the rest of the people who came to see them, just not giving a flying fuck how stupid you look like losing yourself in the music.
Even if a have to go alone most of the time, i love going to gigs.
You know people always let the awkward kid pass, unless they're mean bastards.
All of the above makes it special.
Even if i saw the band more than once, then the crowd, the way i got there, the way i got my coat ticket and of the rest of the evening makes it special.
Oh how i love the tones that whisper in my ear when i turn the music on.
My parents think it’s a waste of money and some of my friends don't get why i pay to see a band i already saw,
but i don't see it as a waste.
It’s my addiction, my fix, my rush.

Xtatic sound #1
'Blueberry', produced by Erol Alkan,is out now on Phantasy Sounds label and can be purchased through iTunes
Amerie's single 'Higher' from her fourth album 'In Love and War' is amazing.
Her voice sounds so raw when she sings the "Higher just to drop me off" part.
I've fallen in love with her all over again with this song.
Sunday
Boxing day yeah...
I woke up late and because i'm was still ill and haven't been drinking anything else than water and orange juice and i can honestly say i don't know what i did till 17.05
But i did remember that Hamlet was on BBC.
I enjoyed it only my mind wasn't with in it.

Models vs Celebrities
After watching 'The September Issue' I understood Grace Coddington when she said the issue was perfect if the cover wasn't in the magazine.
There is a certain magic about a magazine with a model on the cover.
Okay I have to admit that when i saw Anne Hathaway on the cover of Teen Vogue it made me buy it, but film "The Devil Wears Prada" made a difference in her career that she even was on the cover of Vogue and Teen Vogue.
Nowadays celebrities are not always the actors, actresses or IT-girls with a good head for turning their name into brands but people who've experienced 15 minuets of fame on reality show. And yes it sometime really is 15 minuets if you think about the commercials in between.
In my honest opinion putting actors on a pedestal by letting them replace models is not a good thing.
They're good at pouring their soul in total different characters but that's a gift they get paid for with each film the make.
Let the models, the people who look stunning and get paid to look beautiful be on the covers of the magazines.
The fact that you sometimes don't even know who the model is, make's the make up and clothing look amazing.
In short it's all about the magic.
One for the money, two for the show, three to get ready and four to go!
My oldest friend has one and hers looks so good that i asked myself,
what's wrong with having another place to share my thoughts next to my twitter
The snow is melting and with Christmas day over and Boxing day beginning i can't wait for the leftovers, but have to because i'm too ill to eat anything solid right now.
